Activity Coordinator - Princeville Kauai

Professionally greet all guests entering the Activity Center and book them for any activities they wish to partake in, in addition to answering any questions the guest may have about the surrounding area.
1. Preparation of cash and cash equivalents for daily ticket sales
2. Verification and validation of daily cash reconciliation
3. Acts as a fund custodian for an Activity sub-bank
4. Maintain accurate and properly secure inventory of all tickets issued and cash bank
5. Work with Wyndham Guests and other clientele, both in person and on the phone to schedule activities/services that we offer
6. Work, verbally and non-verbally with outside concessionaires who provide our activities
7. Displaying and cleaning of merchandise and general area
8. Knowledge of the surrounding area very helpful
9. Perform around a flexible schedule
10. Light office work (copy, mail)
11. Accurately account for all time worked through the process of the Kronos time clock
12. Other duties as assigned
1. Proficient working knowledge of numbers and handling money
2. Needs to be an efficient multi-tasker
3. People oriented, up-beat, out-going personality
4. Good computer skills
5. High School diploma or equivalent

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
